you need to go into that cave someday if you want 100% it has a heart piece in there…
however you did miss a few chests, even if they have rupeis in then i still count them as something you need to do to get 100%

@MetalPhoenix13 NCS is playing the original, Gamecube version. The Wii version of Twilight Princess is flipped so Link holds his sword in his right hand, because you’re supposed to hold the Wii Remote in your right hand.
